What do you tell yourself everyday?  What runs in the mind, the mouth declares or as they say it, as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.

Mental and Physical Stress begin with what runs in our minds and the exact words we tell our selves until we actually believe them.  What then do we feed our minds?

Words are so powerful that even God’s Word tells us in James 3:8- the tongue is a deadly poison. No man can tame it.  Be intentional on what comes out of your mouth.  Be intentional on what you tell yourself everyday.

According to the Mayo Clinic, taking a more optimistic approach throughout life comes with significant health benefits ranging from being better able to cope during stressful situations and able to fight off colds to having lower rates of depression and even living longer.
